My responsibilities involved developing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing various microservices, impacting 16M+ users. Developed a Change Data Capture (CDC) application to track data changes in databases for multiple purposes, including data replication for disaster recovery, report generation, event sourcing, and implementing a robust, dynamic caching mechanism that adapts to real-time changes.
